We pick up our guests at the airport, railway and bus stations at any time and take them to the booked guest apartment. Booking of any of our guest apartments is free for you, we do an honest business and expect the same from our guests. You can always get any additional information and negotiate the check-in and check-out time calling our phone 8-950-099-50-50.
We do not work with the real-estate agencies and we do not represent any agency, which is why we do not charge any additional payments. We will accomodate you only into the apartments we manage ourselves. Cheap hotels in Irkutsk have comparable prices, but when there are two or more guests coming, a guest apartment is a much cheaper choice. Very cheap hotels do not usually offer much comfort in their rooms, toilets and service. Cheap hotels are only used in extreme need. If you want to spend time in cleanness and comfort for a moderate charge, we welcome you!
We value highly our friendship with our returning customers and try hard to meet their expectations. Our guest apartments are always clean and cozy. Smoking is not allowed inside, on the balcony only. Guests do not like to come to a smoked-through place, so they follow this simple but strict rule and we appreciate it. We hope that you appreciate it as well. : )
